Compensation means – when you are paid for compensating you. In Hindi it means “नुकसान भरपाई”. It is all about being paid by someone for compensating you due to the inconvenience caused to you. In other words, it is also called “Muaafsa” or “Bharpaaye”. At times compensation is also referred to as served as payment for rendering your services. the payment may be in monetary terms or in kind.
